Melanie—the woman behind the scenes. She previously built and later sold a successful online wine shop herself. Melanie keeps a close eye on all processes and knows what the wine world wants—both online and in person. In her personal life, she has a soft spot for champagne, Austrian sparkling wine, and full-bodied, aged white wines.
Martin —CEFA—brings not only decades of experience in the financial sector but also the conviction that wine’s value can only appreciate with proper storage. That’s how the idea for Wine Wallet came about.
His philosophy: Wines should not only be enjoyed but also be a sound investment.
Raphael – Your go-to expert for wine and wine storage. As a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, with a bachelor’s degree in International Wine Business and experience in the wine industry and Michelin-starred restaurants, he knows exactly how to handle high-quality wines.
Nicole – Having previously worked as a purchasing manager and product manager at international corporations, Nicole brings global experience and precision to the team.
At Wine Wallet , she personally Wine Wallet every bottle that comes in and ensures that everything ends up exactly where it’s supposed to—safe, clean, and organized.
Charlotte – As a student in the International Wine Business program in Krems and Bordeaux, Charlotte brings in-depth wine knowledge and extensive practical experience from the hospitality industry, Michelin-starred restaurants, and wine communications. She joined the Wine Wallet team in mid-February Wine Wallet the Operations & Marketing department. She oversees the inventory of incoming wine shipments, assists with marketing, and steps in wherever needed.
Nikki Lou – Nikki is a marketing specialist who also assists with wine data management. From our office in Vienna, she manages our social media and newsletters and ensures that our communications are targeted and effective.
